[220. The Legend of Boo-Kini Bottom]

This episode is great and one of the best of season 11. I love the stop-motion animation here, it looks amazing, this episode probably has the best animation out of any episode, and the atmosphere is amazing too as a result. The episode is also funny too (such as the scenes in the krusty krab and chum bucket and spongebob's brain), and the plot is good at the second half (the first half barely has a plot though). The characters are good too, espicially The Flying Dutchman, who was great here.

[224a. Squid Noir]

This is the best Season 11 episode imo. For one, the atmosphere is absolutetly amazing here. It really feels lime an old detective show with the black and white, the narration/Squidward's more normal voice, and so on, and it's great. I don't even watch those movies and still really enjoyed it here. The episode was charactertized perfectly, no characters were poorly charactertized, Squidward isn't zany and feels like how he always is, Spongebob and everyone else are characterized perfectly too. The episode is really funny too, with stuff like Spongebob's coins disappearing, Spongebob interrupting Squidward's narration, and most of all, everything in the Bubble Bass/action figure fight scene. The episode alwso has a good plot too, it being jellyfish that stole it is fairly unexpected but also realistic.

[219a. Man Ray Returns]

Honestly, I really like this episode. It's not perfect, but it's overall very funny to me and I don't find Spongebob and Patrick to be very annoying through it. I don't mind that Squidward gets punished at the end either, because Spongebob and Patrick really tried to fix his house. The action scenes were great too.

[218b. There's a Sponge in My Soup]

This was a great episode and one of the best of Season 11. This episode is hilarious, I loved the tons of great jokes they made throughout the episode. The zany parts were really cool too and had great atmopshere.

[230a. High Sea Diving]

Good episode. The visuals and atmosphere of the trash place was really good, and surprisngly not gross at all whatsoever, which was impressive. It was also funny at times too. I loved the idea of all the things fallibg down to bikini bottom when they fell off the garbage

[230b. Bottle Burglars]

I really liked this episode. It was cool to see to see more of the chum bucket, that was really cool to see, as was Spot's reappearance. The episode was funny too (such as the end where Mr Krabs gets back the formula very easily after Squidward and Spongebob failed to be Ble to). The episode also had great animation as always. I liked the charatization, they were all in character and it was cool to see Spongebob and Squidward team up to get back the formula.

Season Thoughts:

Unpopular opinion, but I actually think this season is good, and on par with season 5. While the season isn’t 1-4 tier, I still find it entertaining and funny. Also, even though most hate it, I don’t mind the animation in this season, and I also don’t mind the boringness as much as most people do. In fact, I wouldn’t even say this season is overall boring, as more epsodes don’t bore me than do. However, there are still a bunch of episodes that are boring, and this is a result of the slower pace most episodes in the season has. The slower pace can make the episodes more boring than usual. Despite this, I still find the season to be enjoyable. Overall, it’s a good season.

Season thoughts:

This season, just like season 6, is ok. However, I would actually say it’s better than season 6. It’s interesting that this is better, because this has two things that would suggest the worst: it’s the only season with no amazings, and the only season with two bottom 6 (potentionally bottom 5) episodes. However..... I feel like I still like this one a bit more overall, and this is likely because there is less grossout. There are still occasional gross moments, but far less, enough less that I can say the animation is fine again. Another reason is also that the second half was an improvement (I’ll consider this great patty caper-perfect chemistry). Overall, it’s an ok season.

Season Thoughts:

This season is....... the worst of the series. HOWEVER, I do not think it is bad. I just find it to be ok. There are still a bunch of good episodes, and most of the ones below good are decent-meh. This season also has Truth or Square, a top 10 episode. There are however, unfortently, many bad episodes, even some terrible ones like Pet or Pests. While the flaws in the season can depend on the episode a lot, they generally tend to have some similar things: Bad characterization or using a character in a bad way (squid-abuse type episodes), some boring and/or bland episodes, and most importantly, THE GROSSOUT! There are so many grossout gags throughout the season, and none of them ever work because there’s nothing funny about something being gross. And you can tell that they were trying to put something gross in every episode because in almost every episode, you can list something gross, even non-grossout episodes. Because of this, this is the only season where I’d say the animation is actually bad. 

Overall, this season is ok. While I still enjoy it, it’s not as enjoyable as most other seasons and it has more flaws than any other season.

Season Thoughts:

This season, while still good, is not as good as the first four seasons for sure. This is the season where I think the show started to get a bit worse, even if it didn’t become bad literally at all. This season is where I feel there started to become much more boring/bland episodes, and where they started adding gross things into the show more; Battle, TLAP, and Fungus are the biggest examples of this. However, I still defitenly this season. There’s much more good than bad, and this season has many great episodes such as Atlantis (yes), Roller Cowards, Friend or Foe, etc. Overall, it’s a good season

Also, I think I may have this season rated lower than it should be; a bun h of these episodes might be able to go up a bit in their ratings.

This is the first post-movie season, which means this is the time many people believe to be the downfall of the show. And honestly, while it’s not as great as seasons 1-3, this is still a great season, espicially the first half. This season has tons of great and even amazing epsiodes, such as Krusty Towers, Dunces and Dragons, Wishing you Well, and Skill Crane, and most of the episodes are good to some extent. Theres a few ok, meh, and bad episodes however, Squid Wood and The Thing being the worst of them. Despite this, I still really like this season. I’d say it’s great.

This season, just like season 2, is the peak of the series. It has tons of amazing episodes, and tons of great ones; in fact, this season doesn’t even have 10 not great episodes! This season also has the best episode of the series. This season is hilarious with great characters and stories, just like season 2. In fact, I’d even say this is better than season 2. It has even more great and amazing episodes, and is even funnier than season 2. The only disadvantage this has compared to the other premovie seasons is that it has the first meh episode.

Overall, it’s an amazing season.

Seriously, this season is the peak of Spongebob’s humor, being hilarious throughout the whole season, and being amazing in other major aspects too, such as the stories and characters. The only flaw really is Grandma’s Kisses, and that’s just one episode. This season has TONS of amazing episodes, and also tons of great ones. It’s an amazing season.

Season Thoughts:

Despite what some people have been saying recently, I still find season 1 to be a great season. It may not be as strong as seasons 2-3, but it is still a great season with excellent jokes, characters, plots, and so on. Also, this season probably has the best atmosphere. While recent seasons have had episodes with amazing atmosphere, this season as a whole has the best atmosphere, with a nice calm and relaxing (unironically; kinda funny how twitter uses this as a reasoning to like 6-9a and yet hates the season that is most like this) and the cel animation makes it like this even more. And besides this, there are other episodes with their own unique amazing atmosphere; SB-129 and Rock Bottom are the biggest examples of this. The only flaw I can think of is that this season has more instances of boring episodes than the next few seasons after, but its still not that much instances and the season is still great. This season also overall has tons of great and good episodes, and even a few amazings, and there are only four epsodes I don’t like very much; and those episodes are still ok.

It’s a very great season.
