    Scuttle or Sebastian?

Sebastian, forever and always. Scuttle's like the one Little Mermaid character who I'd get rid off, tbh.

All those buttons? I did indeed!

  2. Kind of a weird one; it was okay I suppose and I actually laughed quite a few times at some of the jokes. Only thing I guess I found quite irritating is that the episode has a lot of Bubble Bass noises, primarily screaming. After a while it's somewhat annoying.

  3. Lin Shu-Chi, or more bluntly referred to in-game as Leopard Cat, from Nekojishi.
Haven't drawn him in a while and the game's reportedly getting a sequel game for the PC and Switch so I was motivated enough to try my hand at drawing him once again.
Also did a wee bit of manual shading and highlighting on him.

  4. Now that I've got Disney+ I'm watching the Little Mermaid TV Series whenever I can get the chance. I've already seen the first seven or eight episodes and I'm loving absolutely every minute of it. It's like the same level of excitement I got whenever I turned on Toonattick on CITV back when I was a kid. ?

  5. A remaster of an old drawing because I'm thinking of remastering a couple of my SpongeFan257-era pieces and this was as good a place to start as any.

Also, I genuinely wanted to do this one again because I loved the concept but hate how I executed it back in 2017.
Plus, I have Photoshop now so I get to do a loooot more than I could have back then XD

  6. Holding the Man - Gay biopics are definitely something I'd rather avoid than actually watch but honestly this one caught me eye and I'm glad it did. It's about Tim Conigrave and his long time lover John as they go through 15 years of a relationship as well as them dealing with AIDs and being tested positive. The only thing that kind of bugged me about this movie is its commitment to using the same two actors to portray Tim and John in their teens, 20's and 30's, but particularly the teenager stage since both actors, while both quite attractive men, look too old to successfully pull it off like the 20-somethings in your favorite DCOMs and it shows. But this movie made me cry in its third act and was definitely a more successful tragic love story than Beach Rats could ever accomplish.

I Am Jonas - A admirable French film about a man reliving the traumatic memories of his first boyfriend as his past catches up to him. The movie does alternate between Jonas' past with Nathan and his present-day life, and it begins to tell you what kind of dark secrets are being hidden from the audience. There's not really much to say here, but I will say that this is my favorite of the ones I've seen on Netflix thus far. Comparing this to Beach Rats, I Am Jonas definitely ends in a way I think Beach Rats was aiming for; an ending that's poetic, but the feeling of sadness still lingering around for its protagonist. It ends on a note that's so much more than satisfying. But as a whole, I Am Jonas is a thing of beauty, with a really great cast; my favorites being both teen and adult Jonas.

  7. Cinderella, because I do draw other princesses, you know. I just choose not to because there's only one that deserves my attention.

But Cindy's my second favorite, and she's 70 this year, so I've gotta give her some attention. Definitely gonna draw her in her ballgown eventually.
