It was a really great episode and really entertaining. I really enjoyed SpongeBob and Squidward together in this episode and they had great chemistry, even if it got a little weird at times, but their facing against Bubble Bass was really fun to watch. I also noticed the references to "Eels and Escalators" and "Patrick the Game". Again this was a really great and entertaining episode.

It was a pretty good episode. I liked seeing Mr. Krabs's attempts to impress Mrs. Puff. Just like its partner episode, I liked seeing SpongeBob and Squidward trying to work together, though it wasn't as amusing as the last one. I especially liked Mrs. Puff's attempt to eat SpongeBob, and how they had to get him out in the end. Again this was a good and entertaining episode.
Also, Squidward called a salad a "Suh-lad".

I'm just gonna ask, does anybody even care about this game anymore? I was the only one who even bothered to ask any questions to help solve this mystery.

Shortest wait between seasons ever.

And they can't finish airing Season 12 first?

Well, it's about time we got new SpongeBob episodes.

Well, I am sad to see this series end, I'm definitely happy with how it ended, and as far as reboots go, I'd say this is a perfect example of how a reboot should be. While most reboots exist as a way to make money (I'm sure DuckTales was no exception), you can tell that the people making this loved and respected the original series and put their hearts into making sure that this series followed the same formula as the original while still having it be its own thing. Which is something a lot of reboots we've seen don't do.
Now I'll be going into spoiler territory here, so if you haven't seen the finale yet, don't read further...
SpoilerThe DuckTales finale was really great and had a lot of amazing moments and twists that I did not see coming. It also had a lot of great ways to tie up storylines and character arcs that were present all throughout the series.
It was a pretty clever way to introduce May and June in the series. While I do like them better in Legend of the Three Caballeros, they were pretty good here too. Them being Webby's clones created by FOWL rather than Daisy's nieces was an interesting twist. But what I really didn't expect was that Webby was a clone was well, but was also April. However, the real big twist came when we find out that Webby is actually a clone of Scrooge that FOWL created so that a direct descendant of Scrooge can achieve the treasure. While I at first questioned this since it flew in the face of the show's moral that family can be chosen and doesn't always have to be related by blood with Webby being a prime example of that throughout the series, and yet we find out that Webby is directly related to the Duck family after all. I realized that this can still apply here with Webby's relationship with her grandma, and now with May and June who get adopted by Donald and Daisy.
All in all, it was a great finale to an even greater series.

Kamp Koral will be premiering on Nickelodeon April 2nd.

Why do you think they did it?

In addition to the Lola redesign, Pepe Lew Pew has also been cut from the movie due to controversy.

Wow...just wow.

I thought the problem with Lola was that she wasn't funny despite being a Looney Tune, and that all her comedy came from how people reacted to her sexy figure, and she wasn't involved in any slapstick.
I myself don't really like the change. I would've been fine with her keeping her design if they made Lola funny like she was in the Looney Tunes Show.

Okay, now that I got Paramount+, I was able to see this movie and give my thoughts on it...
SpoilerIt was decent. I wouldn't say it was as good as the last two movies, but I still enjoyed it, and many scenes had me really laughing.
Okay, let's just get this part out of the way regarding the Camp Coral. I know I've already been vocal about my dislike of Kamp Koral, and this was the part of the movie I was dreading the most. But honestly, I didn't hate it as much as I thought I would. SpongeBob as a little kid was obviously adorable. And I have to say that I've realized that I prefer the designs of the kid characters in this movie than the ones used in the Kamp Koral series, probably because they both look and sound believable as younger versions of the characters (I guess it helps that they are all voiced by child actors here). Of course, I'd be lying if I said I didn't roll my eyes and groan at the flashbacks because I still kinda view it as a middle finger to the history left by the series. But I admittedly enjoyed the one with Patrick since his origin with SpongeBob is the only one we don't really know as opposed to the others. I'm glad it wasn't the entire focus of the movie like I thought it would be.
Alright, while I still prefer the 2D animation used in the previous two movies, the animation in this movie is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS. All the little details I noticed in certain scenes was amazing. You could tell, they really worked hard on this, and it paid off.
A few drawbacks I would say this movie has is that it really drags at certain points. The beginning I thought was kinda slow and it took a bit to get the plot moving, and that whole shared dream sequence just came out of nowhere and really dragged on. I feel they could've just taken that whole part out and nothing would've been different. Though there were a few moments that were funny such as SpongeBob and Patrick dancing along with the pirate cowboy ghosts, and them killing Danny Trejo's character by burning him with the sun.
I feel like the movie's strongest point was the third act when SpongeBob and Patrick were on trial, and all their friends were sharing their stories of why they all love SpongeBob. I'm not gonna lie, I totally cried during that scene, especially when Sandy and Squidward gave their speeches. Even with the Kamp Koral scenes forced in there, it was still a really heartwarming tearjerking moment.
I wasn't too fond of Poseidon as the villain. I didn't really find him threatening enough to be one, and his redemption being because he realized he had no friends and that he should be himself by not trying to look perfect all the time was a little too corny for me. Also, I hope I'm not the only one who noticed that he shares the same voice actor as Bubbles from Sponge Out of Water.
One other nitpick I had was the insert of pop songs in the movie. I always liked SpongeBob having a timeless feel, and I thought that them shoving in dated pop songs was kinda a bring down. I especially cringed at hearing "My Heart Will Go On" not once, but TWICE. Although, I did admittedly enjoy the scene with "Livin' La Vida Loca", especially when SpongeBob and Patrick sing a few bars. I also liked hearing Kenny G's rendition of "Gary's Song" during the credits.
I enjoyed all the little Call-Backs to the series.
Also SpongeBob saying the word "Crappy" was the highlight of the movie for me.
Another tearjerking moment was seeing the dedication to Stephen Hillenburg at the end.
So, while this isn't my favorite SpongeBob movie, and I fear what SpongeBob will bring in the future, I'm still glad I saw this movie, and maybe I'll see it again...when it airs on TV and there's nothing else on.

Why do you suspect them?

Well, that does not stifle my dislike for this spin-off. The reason Herb and Margie were boring characters was because they only appeared in that one episode and had one line each. The only thing we really knew about them was that they think their son is stupid despite they themselves being just as stupid. The Patrick Spin-off could've been a great opportunity to flesh out their characters and give them more of a personality like SpongeBob's parents. The fact that they would go and create entirely new characters to be Patrick's parents and act like Herb and Margie never existed is just lazy writing and a wasted opportunity. Not to mention another example of why this spin-off will not work.

PATRICK: Bunny...? Cecil...? WHO ARE YOU PEOPLE?!?!?!
-
I thought Kamp Koral couldn't follow the show's continuity, but this one really takes the cake.
Unless we assume that Patrick's family are imposters again.

Okay, I'll give it this. That episode synopsis does sound funny.

Did you see any of them do anything suspicious?

Did you see Squilliam or Bubble Bass enter Krabs's office?

Did anyone enter your office?

Who else could've filled in for Chuckie for the late Christine Cavanaugh though? Perhaps Candi Milo, who filled in for Dexter in Dexter's Laboratory's final episodes, but with Nancy Cartwright having been the character's replacement voice and still being on the table, it's clear to see that this was the option that they had to go with.
I'm just curious to see who will fill in for Stu, Howard and Chaz, with the former's actor having passed since 2016 and the latter two's original actors not being able or available to voice them in the revival.
I would've preferred Candi Milo. She did voice Chuckie in the video games, and would've been a more suitable replacement in the series. I had heard somewhere that they only cast Cartwright just to give the show some Simpsons cred.
