Team SpongeBob/Land Of Shadows

Team SpongeBo - Land Of Shadows is a 2014 action Spin-Off movie based on the hit show by teenj12. It is the sequel to the 2011 movie, Team SpongeBob - The Movie: Land Beyond Time.

Plot -

Team SpongeBob are invited to a Social Party by Mayor King of Left Shore, Karate Island. There, Patrick meets the Mayor's sister, Tetra King, who he seems to hit it off with. After the social, the Mayor reveals his true reason for inviting the superhero group: he wants them to defeat The Shadowlord who has plagued darkness into an area of Left Shore. The team agrees, but Shin needs a spell to turn the people affected by the dark energy, normal again. Tetra takes the team into a small library inside King's home, where he finds the spell he needs, and the team wind up discovering the history of the Shadowlord and the Light King.

Team SpongeBob proceeds to help the affected area, which they succeed at. The team returns a mysterious wand to Mayor King afterwards, who imprisons them in a light barrier. The team is confused, until King shapeshifts, revealing that it is really the Shadowlord, who can take the form of people who's shadows he's taken. The Shadowlord flees, as the team is trapped in the barrier. Tetra arrives, revealing that she has her own powers. Though she tries to help, her abilities are unable to open the barrier. The team realizes that Linda's own light powers may be the key. Linda uses her powers and opens the barrier. The team are too late as Shadowlord has already opened up a shadow dimension, releasing demons onto the island.

After some time, Team SpongeBob meets with island government underground. They discuss how to handle what has happened. King and Tetra arrive, shocking everyone. King reveals that the shadow dimension's portal can be closed by using the wand - the only price is someone would have to sacrifice themselves and close the portal from inside the dimension.

Team SpongeBob trains for their upcoming battle at the Forbidden Lands, much to the frustration of Patrick - who snaps at Tetra. Team SpongeBob and Tetra eventually arrive at the Forbidden Lands where they battle the demons and close the portal, due to the heroic sacrifice of Shin. At the end, the team is seen at their HQ having dinner. Tetra arrives to see Patrick, and the team invites her to stay and eat.

This is the second movie for Team SpongeBob, and the second of the Teenjverse Franchise.

Sandy does not appear, as the movie takes place during the time that she is dead.

The movie takes place between Season 7 and Season 8.
