It began August 14, [[2020]] and concluded August 29, 2020. From late July to early August 2020, the SBC staff allowed users to submit their own event theme. The winning idea was from [[4EverGreen]], who suggested a noir event, and turned into this event. The reoccurring SBC game Whodunnit was the main focus of this event, and every game connected to its mystery. Users could win clues from each game that helped them unravel the mystery. | ||

The goal this time was to figure out who attacked the Goofy Goober mascot. The following characters were suspects: SpongeBob, Patrick, Sandy, Pearl, Squidward, Bubble Buddy, Mr. Krabs, Plankton and Mrs. Puff. On select days during the event, the characters came on and released their anecdote on what happened. The characters would also come on to answer user's questions as well in their topics. Users had to PM jjs who they think the culprit is. On August 29th, the culprit was revealed to be Pearl. Dman, 4EverGreen and SOF all got it correct, earning 1,000 doubloons and the Detective SpongeBob collectable pin. | |||
