This is the deleted scene from the episode "Texas", but Spongebob appears to be in the Krusty Krab. Now before you call me an idiot, yes, this could be a prototype background for the deleted scene, but I do not remember a scene of the Krusty Krab with open doors and Squidward next to a table.
