  1. Holy crud. This looks amazing, even with the "funny cowboy dance". Onward might seem interesting and all, but this film blows it right out of the water! Definitely looking forward to seeing this on the big screen!!

PS: Was I the only one who thought this reminded him of the "Rigby's Body" episode of Regular Show?

  2. Great Pumpkin:

Do that Van Pelt kid who utterly worships you a favor: actually show up at the pumpkin patch tonight, and show the world that you're not a fig newton of his imagination. Or I'll have your head made into pumpkin pie. 'Nuff said.

  3. Scrambled eggs
Have an omelet with some muenster cheese.
Put your dishes in the washbin please
so I can clean the scrambled eggs.

    Join me, do
There are lots of eggs for me and you
I've got ham and cheese and bacon too
so go get two and join me, do.

    Fried or sunny-side
just aren't right. The mix-bowl begs.
Quick - go get a pan
and we'll scram-ble up some eggs, eggs, eggs, eggs.

    Scrambled eggs
Good for breakfast, dinnertime or brunch
Don't buy six or twleve - buy a bunch
    and we'll have lunch
    on scrambled eggs.

  4. Discuss the early period in the Fabs' career, back when they were the Quarrymen, Johnny and the Moondogs, the Silver Beetles and even the "Beat Brothers" (yecch!), the days of Sutcliffe and Best, and of electrifying live shows in Germany and England, of unparalleled energy, here.

  5. One thing I've kinda been wondering: whatever happened to the harmonica? If you listen to some of the earlier tracks the group cut, like "Love Me Do," "Please, Please Me" and "There's a Place," for instance, you can hear John wailing away on the harmonica, but as time goes by you just don't hear it anymore. What the heck happened?

  6. Title of the topic is self-explanatory. Won't say anything else here, but if you prefer the US version of a certain album, if you like a certain more recent compilation, or one of Capitol Records or Vee Jay's compilations (Introducing the Beatles, Something New, etc.) please specify. Post-breakup solo albums from the boys aren't applicable, though. A separate topic for those will be posted soon.

I'll post my favorite album(s) later.

though I couldn't help but wonder who would've been frycooking if SpongeBob was planning to ride a bus all day.

    Krabs himself, maybe?

Anyway, I'd almost put this in the same tier as "Professor Squidward" and others of this ilk, but there were actually a few good gags sprinkled throughout, like the skeleton fish waiting for the bus and the Grim Reaper fish, plus that "Wow! That's deep!" sign.

"Crush County": Great idea, Kaz, but it's too good for this episode IMO.

Still, could've been a lot better.

Wow, we're FINALLY getting an episode that revolves around the Goofy Goober! And it ONLY took them fifteen years to do it, to! :hysterical: Let's hope it's a good one! :D Enough said, true believers!

Bonus points if they use the Goofy Goober song at least once, as either BGM or sung.
