Would I be extremely redundant saying this? Yes.
Will I say it anyways? Why not.
This episode is horrible. Maybe not the absolute pinnacle of the worst, but it took it's mark in history as one of the most infuriating and misguided episodes in the show. No matter who you ask, he or she's gonna hate the episode unless they terribly misinterpreted the show to begin with. Who was once a fun and innocent yet unaware manchild exploring his world was turned into an angering, ignorant ::dolphin noise:: with just eleven minutes to work with. Even before the episode got horrible the episodes forced it's exposition and dialogue down your throat just to understand how ignorant he is, and add even more blatantly obvious stupidity, hatred and pain builds up into putting Gary into an essentially worse place than he started. The episode missed the mark of subtlety and balance entirely to the point where it reached "look at Gary literally fighting for his survival, laugh at him!" This isn't like Gary Takes a Bath where you can see the intentions of both characters even if they're bad intentions, or The Great Snail Race where the mean-spiritedness was used for heavy personal growth and karma for SpongeBob, or like either in that they were funny, aside from a few one-liners. This is just infuriating to see and, no matter how much you beg for a new perspective (that doesn't even exist), this will be that one that takes the cake and splatters it on the ground.

I haven't really been discussing these episodes, because, well, nothing's really to be said. The animation's great and all, it feels all bubbly and colorful as it should, but beyond that they were just, forgettable. All this episode felt like was the occasional laugh padded down with repurposed plots and jokes we've seen before, too much effort in consistency and overall slow pacing mixed with a pinch f Growing Around and shit. Weak, I know, but that's what this episode is. Pure apathy, also know as the definition of a 5/10.

Just finished with the Friendship Games.

Does anyone notice this in a majority of them? They might have interesting plots, but the execution makes them really slow. Examples being It Came From Goo Lagoon, SB You're Fired, The Executive Treatment and etc. Now this has been bothering me for ages and I swear that I felt like I was the only one who noticed this throughout the season.

IT looks exactly like what you think it is, just another edition to the High-School Musical-type spin-off of Friendship is Magic. Haven't seen anything besides the trailers to avoid spoilers, but it'll make it's debut tomorrow night, so why not discuss your thoughts or make last-minute speculations.

At least Nick's getting a bit better with consistency.

A clearly juvenile story combined with inappropriate jokes? Pass.

Thought Jurassic World getting back to the top 10 was dissapointing enough. Most of the theaters in my area are rereleasing EVERYTHING from the past few months because of how bad they're performing now. Inside Out, Dope, Pixels, Southpaw, Amy, Trainwreck, Mad Max, heck, even that Jaws re-release are coming back just because it's less risky than these new flops at this point.

There are three new potential titles. They are not 100% safe, but I thought, I could share them anyway.
193a: Sanctuary!
193b: What's Eating Patrick?
196b: Married to Money
Unfortunately, I can't tell the source. It has to be a secret. Let's see if they will be real.
I think that that last one is definitely real, although the title isn't confimed. Unsure of the others.

So, uh, this is some kind of thriller/adventure IMAX movie based on the Mt. Everest disaster 20 years ago that's getting a wide release on September 18th. Quite frankly I have no idea what to think of this or whether it'll be good or not. I don't know much about what went on about the movie behind the scenes and all the trailers really gave me was that it'd be that same old natural disaster movie. Although, with Jake Gylenhaal and Jason Clarke as the leads with rigorous hard work put into their roles, there could be a drawing point by it's acting that could make it financially successful, unless I'm completely missing something.
Trailer Here:
