I never got rich vibes from Krabs either. he seems less obsessed with the status of money and far more obsessed with the money itself, as if the money were antique pieces.

That's true. In Born Again Krabs he said he loves "saving money, collecting money, touching money" and in Safe Deposit Krabs he wanted to keep his own penny in a safe deposit box. I think you could trace it back to To Love a Patty when he says he got a dollar from his dad and loved the dollar. Maybe he loves collecting money to try to cope with losing his favorite dollar.

Scooter was my favorite back when I watched the show years ago before I was obsessed with it. Another role that could only be done by Carlos Alazraqui

[The Cast]

I found it kind of strange in The Krabby Patty that ate Bikini Bottom how Mr. Krabs went to Sandy's and had a conversation with her like they talk every day. Don't get me wrong, I liked to see them show their relationship, but it did seem a bit strange and almost out of place.

[How rich is Mr. Krabs?]

Well he did get his one millionth dollar in Clams and has served customers/made money for what we can assume in Truth or Square to be 50 years. I think he's just a regular blue collared man considering his home.

^ just what I was going to say. He got 1 million dollars in season 3, and we know how reluctantly he spends any money, so I'd say by now he'd have a bit over a million dollars.

[Most Cunning Character?]

I think Plankton is in well-written episodes. When there's a good plot for him, he comes up with incredible plans. For example, The SpongeBob Movie, the beginning of Friend or Foe, and I even have to say the beginning of One Coarse Meal was good.
