You all know who's big day it is today, @Bob_t !  You are like a mentor to many of us.  An old sage who passed on his Spongebobby Wisdom to us youngens.  What I wouldn't give to have you back here with us...it seems so empty without you Bob T.  Rest easy, King.

You know who you are, and I know that it's your very special day!  @SonicFan15 I would love to wish you a big happy birthday and a huge thank you for being there with me for the past several years as a HUGE inspiration for furthing my love of exercise and self inspiration.  You've brought me back up from the depths more times than I can count buddy.  I can't imagine just how many other lives you've touched like mine.  People should be proud to have you in their lives!  Staf safe and "rock on dude"!  Happy birthday!
