    Even people who work at Nick don't like the schedule

    Honestly I don't see why Nickelodeon just pulls a Cartoon Network and air classic Nicktoons in the middle of the afternoon after Nick Jr. I mean they have a whole library and 90s Are All That pulls good viewership at it's air time. It's worth a shot since they are that desperate for money and have a whole library at their disposal.

    Except for the fact that Cartoon Network doesn't have any classic cartoons on their channel anymore. Looney Tunes was airing sporadically all throughout the end of Winter and Spring, constantly being pulled. Tom and Jerry has been gone for months as well. Cartoon Cartoons have been Boomerang exclusive for a good year now, and even they don't air many of those. Honestly, Cartoon Network's schedule right now (and for the foreseeable future) is literally just what's currently running right now, plus the acquisitions that pull in good ratings (Pokemon) and the ones they're forced to air under contract (Sonic Boom and Transformers: Robots in Disguise). 

     

    In other words, CN also has an awful schedule, although not as bad as Nick's.

    Is this thread is still useful, even since no one else has contributed to it? Just speaking for myself. All I know is that this thread was created when some member copied/pasted material from Calvin & Hobbes: The Series while having no ownership of it.

    It probably isn't that useful, but it's here just in case a thread like that would pop up again.

    Sorry for the bump as well, but this is also for fanfictions that people have written elsewhere but just want to promote them by linking to where ever they are. Considering he never did post episodes of any of those 3 writings, this is the perfect thread for them. :)

    HOLY SHIT AN UPDATE OF THIS?!?!?! Yup. I guess you could consider this a part of SOF 5, but it's not officially. Oh well, here's a special episode of Patchy's Talk Show!

     

    Patchy's Talk Show

    SPECIAL - It's Been A Good Run, Guys

    Announcer: Hello kiddies out there in TV Land!

    Announcer: Welcome to THE KRABBY THE CLOWN SHOW!

    *kids shout in audience*

    Announcer: And now, here's your host who knows the most, KRABBY THE CLOWN!

    *more kids shout in audience*

    Krabby The Clown: Hey kiddies, welcome to my show!

    *kids shout again*

    Krabby The Clown: *murmurs* Jesus Christ these kids are robots. *coughs* Now then, time to introduce a new segment to my show, featuring everyone's favorite pirate, PAINTY!

    Painty: Oh hey, I'm actually relevant again-

    Patchy: Oh no ye aren't! Hi kiddies, I'm Patchy The Pirate!

    *cricket chirp*

    Patchy: *cough* and this is my pal Potty!

    Potty: Go fuck yourself.

    Patchy: Now now Potty, we don't use the "potty" mouth in front the kiddies.

    Potty: *flips Patchy off and proceeds to do his daily dose of LSD*

    Patchy: ALRIGHT THAT'S IT I'VE HAD ENOUGH. *pours gas on Potty and sets him on fire*

    *Potty is seen flying away, still on fire*

    Patchy: ...*cough* Don't worry kiddies, he'll be okay...I think.

    Patchy: Anywho, today's subject is about Fire Safety.

    Patchy: To begin, *during a crappy lecture about fire safety, Patchy ends up pouring gas all over Krabby's set*

    Patchy: And remember kids, always let a grown-up light a match for you. *proceeds to light a match, ending up setting the entire set on fire and destroying it entirely*

    *fire alarm goes off, along with the sprinkler system and screaming kids running left and right to escape the theater, only to reveal as they all smack head first into each other that they really WERE robots*

    Patchy: Huh, they really were robots.

    Krabby The Clown: *walks over to Patchy* YOU MOTHERFUCKING SON OF A BITCH COCKSUCKER! YOU'VE RUINED ME!

    Patchy: Hey it wasn't my fault that gasoline got all over your fucking set!

    Krabby The Clown: Oh really? Then pray tell why the gasoline morphed into "Property of Patchy's Ballsack Corporation"?

    Patchy:...it's a living.

    *Krabby and Patchy proceed to get into a series of fisticuffs*

    French Narrator: While Patchy and Krabby duke it out, let's tune into 50 year old cartoons we found behind a dumpster!

    Announcer: HEY WHO LET YOU IN HERE?

    *French Narrator and Announcer start punching each other, cat fight style, while the screen turns to static and presents a round of 3 B&W cartoons*

    *after the cartoons, Krabby and Patchy are STILL fighting; French Narrator and Announcer are seen watching from above in the sound studio, all wrapped up in bandages and moldy wrapping paper*

    French Narrator: Jeez, they're still going at it.

    Announcer: *murmurs to Cameraman* Shit, we're on air? *cough* Sorry about the coughing, there's a cold going around the studio. Anywho, the bloody violence has yet to stop, so we're just gonna cue up to another CNF Special Presentation.

    *static appears on screen*

    CNF: Hello, and welcome to another one of my SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS.

    CNF: Today, I will be joined with co-hosts SOF and Trophy as we talk about The Good, The Bad, The Ugly: Cartoons Today.

    SOF: Hello. :)

    Trophy: Get a room SOF. *coughkissupcough*

    CNF: Anyway boys, let's start the discussion  with good cartoons.

    Trophy: NO I WANT BAD.

    CNF: ...fine, bad cartoons.

    SOF: Phineas and Ferb. Ewww.

    Trophy: SOF I thought you loved that show.

    SOF: No fuck that show it's awful I'm a GF fan now.

    SOF: Speaking of that CNF, that's my good cartoon. :)

    CNF: SOF, save it for good cartoons.

    SOF: ok. :(

    Trophy: My bad cartoon is every old cartoon on the planet.

    CNF: Don't push it...

    CNF: Let's speak about ugly cartoons now.

    SOF: Problem Solverz. Or Ugly Betty.

    Trophy: Ugly Betty? THAT'S NOT EVEN A CARTOON SOF.

    SOF: Actually, it is. It aired on a Spanish channel. PlatypusComix told me so. *PROMOTION ALERT*

    Trophy:...k then, my ugly cartoon is The Ugly Barnacle. He was so ugly that everyone died after all!

    CNF: Harhar, very funny.

    CNF: Anyway, moving onto good cartoons.

    CNF: Since SOF already spoke up, let's move onto Trophy. What is your good cartoon Trophy?

    Trophy: Everything that isn't an old cartoon.

    CNF: K, that's it.

    *CNF and Trophy start punching each other while SOF just sits in his seat intently.*

    THIS HAS BEEN A CNF SPEACIAL PRESENTATION!

    THANKS TO SPONGEODDFAN AND TROPHY FOR THE 2-YEAR OLD IDEAS!

    *screen shifts back to Patchy and Krabby, now in bandages themselves*

    Patchy: Sorry about all this Krabby. All I really wanted was my own show back. But I blew my chances now.

    Krabby: It's alright Patchy. I know losing your show was a big blow to you.

    Studio Manager: Oh yeah Krabby, you're cancelled. This is way too much damage to repair.

    *Studio Manager walks away*

    Krabby: God fucking dammit.

    Patchy: Ooh, tough break Krabby. Say, maybe now that your show is gone, mine can come back!

    Studio Manager: *shouts off screen* Yeah right, in your dreams.

    Patchy: What?

    Studio Manager: *shouts off screen* You're still cancelled Patchy! Get a life!

    Patchy: God fucking dammit.

    THE END!

    FADE TO BLACK

    EPILOGUE:

    *Patchy, Potty, Krabby, and CNF sit in director chairs, with the Patchy's Talk Show set in the background*

    CNF: Hello everybody.

    CNF: As you may have noticed, I've been down-sizing my load of spin-offs lately.

    CNF: I haven't updated a lot of them in 2 years!

    CNF: I've mostly just lost interest entirely.

    CNF: So what does this have to do with Patchy's Talk Show? Well, this is unfortunately the final episode of the show. Sorry to the fans out there.

    Patchy: Yeah, we've had a good run though!

    Potty: That's right!

    Krabby: Yup, even though I only appeared in two episodes!

    CNF: On the bright side, you guys did get one last new episode.

    CNF: Anywho, stay gold.

    CNF: Bang.

    THE TRUE END!

    FADE TO BLACK

    Worst Spin-Off/Literature Ever (SOF 5)

    I dunno, the Festival is almost over for another game to be made.

    That is a good point. Considering it took nearly 2 weeks to complete the first round, there certainly won't be enough time for another round of 20. You guys could do another round with 5 or so, that could probably get done in 3 days. :)
