It chronicles the story of the character [[Used Napkin: Adventures of a Food Wiper/Used Napkin|Used Napkin]] from the SpongeBob episode "I Had an Accident" from his birth in the Bikini Bottom Napkin Factory to his adventures in outside world. Episodes are always narrated by Used Napkin and as an added bonus, users who comment on episodes are often treated to replies by Used Napkin himself. As a running gag, every fourth episode is a completely unrelated filler, the content of which can be anything from a funny YouTube video to a picture of Mayonnaise.
