  2. "...why don't you pull up a barrel, me laddies, while I regale you with a thrilling tale from me mysterious, salty past." - Mr. Krabs

This episode was great, and I mean great! The story, the characters and their designs, the animation, the concept itself, everything was perfect! This is the episode (besides "Company Picnic") that really showed me what a great SpongeBob writer Mr. Jack Pendarvis is. I really loved how all the main characters (except Plankton and Gary) were portraying the characters in the Mr. Krabs' story. Not much to say about this one except it is a great episode and I highly recommend it! 9.5/10!

  3. "I didn't care about the sand, I just wanted to observe you acting naturally. So I hid microphones and cameras around your house---" - Sandy

This episode was pure genius! The animation, the characters, even the music, all of it added together to create a great episode! The plot is: Sandy wants to study behavioral phycology on the folks of Bikini Bottom, although the Bottomites don't enjoy this, so Sandy decides to study SpongeBob and Patrick. It is shown that both SpongeBob and Pat are shy around cameras, so Sandy sends them to collect one bucket of white sand and one of black, while they're gone Sandy starts hiding cameras and microphones around SpongeBob's pineapple home. When SpongeBob and Patrick return they are completely clueless to the cameras around them. Sandy then starts spying on them through a fake ice cream truck. I really liked the running gag in this episode of Squidward attempting to get free ice cream from Sandy's truck, and always failing. This episode was complete gold in my opinion, it seemed like an episode straight from Season 4. Overall I would give this episode a happy 9/10. A GREAT episode! I highly recommend it! :)

  4. "I was merely emulating my latest media obsession, Kenny the Cat!" - SpongeBob

This episode was great, and when I say great, I mean great! The episode's plot is: SpongeBob finds a new obsession, a cat named Kenny. SpongeBob in this episode was very relateable, to me at least, just listening to him talk about Kenny to Mr. Krabs at the beginning of the episode, sounded 100% like me talking about SpongeBob. I really don't have anything else to say about this episode it's just great! It's my favorite "pre-movie" episode and favorite episode of the first half of Season 9. I highly recommend it. Overall I would give this episode a 10/10, an AMAZING episode!

  5. I wonder if they are going to leave the statue there. Also, that's cool that it was already found, I was hoping for the hunt to last a little longer, but I'm glad the Cipher Hunters found it! :plankton2:

  6. "If you must know, I made sauce. But. When I add Patrick's DNA to it, it will become Salsa Imbecilicus. Idiot Sauce! I'll serve it to Krabs and it'll make him so dumb, he'll just give me the secret formula." - Plankton

This episode was different, very different. The plot is Plankton makes sauce with Patrick's DNA to feed to Mr. Krabs to make him an idiot so he can give him the formula, but his plans go terribly wrong, and everyone in Bikini Bottom becomes an idiot, except for Sandy and Karen. I give Kaz credit, this was a very interesting plot and could've made a great episode. But, it didn't. The problem with this episode is, it's just so boring, the pacing feels very slow in this episode, and there seems to be little to no jokes. There are some good things about it but, it has more negatives than positives. I feel like it would've been more interesting if Sandy and Karen calculated a new sauce to feed to everybody in the town to make them smart again, but instead they basically start a high school and teach all the Bottomites to be smart again. This episode wasn't bad, but it wasn't good, it's more of a mediocre episode. I would recommend it if you think it sounds interesting, but if the episode doesn't sound interesting to you, odds are it won't be. Overall I would give this episode a 4/10, and it is my least favorite of the July 2016 premiere week and the second half of Season 9 so far.

  7. *Spoiler Alert, If you haven't seen the episode, I would strongly recommend NOT to read my review!*

"Gary, I'm home. [gasps] What happened here?" - SpongeBob

"Pineapple Invasion" was definitely an interesting episode, everything from the skunk at the beginning to the strange, but hilarious ending, it's an episode full of laughs! The episode starts with Plankton going about his plans to steal the Krabby Patty formula, and then enters the Krusty Krab with a tarp over a wagon, he takes the tarp of and a skunk is revealed. The skunk then goes crazy and there are gases everywhere. This part really makes me laugh, especially SpongeBob's reaction to the gases reaching the Krabby Patties. "No! NOT THE PATTIES!". The customers then run away from the Krusty Krab, then goes Mr. Krabs and SpongeBob follow. Mr. Krabs then realizes that Plankton is still inside the Krusty Krab with his secret formula. He then runs in and finds Plankton about to blow up his safe, the safe explodes and another safe is revealed. SpongeBob then enters the Krusty Krab and Mr. Krabs says he needs to work on his security systems for the formula and asks SpongeBob to take the formula to his house and hide it. SpongeBob agrees and he heads home. The next day, Plankton attempts in various ways to enter SpongeBob's house while Gary is in charge. Gary then stops him multiple times. Plankton then manages to enter the pineapple and tears apart the house looking for the formula. Then we have some Tom and Jerry type clips with Gary and Plankton, in which, I really enjoyed. Plankton then enters Gary's shell, thinking the formula is inside. SpongeBob then comes home and realizes that his house is a mess, and it is revealed the formula was above the TV the whole time, he then takes Gary to the vet as he is twitching in the corner and he thinks something is wrong with him. But it's really because he's trying to get Plankton out of his shell. It is revealed that the gases inside Gary's shell were making Plankton go crazy and the episode ends. I found this episode really entertaining to watch, but it is not a perfect episode, as it is boring in some parts. I still recommend this episode and overall I would give it a score of 7.5/10, a good episode.

Ever wanted to be stranded in the woods with SpongeBob, Patrick, Squidward, and Mr. Krabs, I know I have! This episode is a very fun and creative episode of the show and is a complete joy to watch. In the episode, SpongeBob and the gang (Patrick, Squidward and Mr. Krabs) are heading to Food Con to nominate the Krabby Patty for the Golden Cornucopia, but they manage to get lost in the woods due to SpongeBob and Patrick's crazy shenanigans. As they are in the woods, the only food they behold is one single Krabby Patty, and because they are all hungry, the gang fight for the Krabby Patty. I found these segments to be very entertaining, especially the running gag of Squidward getting dropped out of the sky by the snail monster. SpongeBob then, attempts to preserve the Krabby Patty from his savage friends. The gang make it to Food Con and the "Krabby Patty" wins the Golden Cornucopia. Overall, I really enjoyed this episode and it is definately up there as one of the best episodes of Season 9 so far, along with "Sanctuary!", "Lost in Bikini Bottom" and "The Fish Bowl". I can't recommend this episode enough! Overall, I would give this episode a score of 9.5/10! An overall, amazing episode! :)

  9. My fortune reads: "You will love a new SpongeBob episode"

This episode was a complete joy to watch. Anything from the ridiculous fortunes to Mr. Krabs' funeral, this episode was full of laughs. I really loved how the episode started with a nice calm opening with SpongeBob and Gary watching the clouds (flowers), this is something more episodes need, nice calm moments with SpongeBob and Gary because I really love to see these two characters interact, and recently we haven't seen much of Gary (with exceptions of "Sanctuary!" and "Pineapple Invasion"). I also really loved that all the fortunes would come true, because it really added more jokes and made the plot more interesting. Plankton's appearances in this episode were also comical to, especially Karen's impression of Plankton, that part really made me laugh. Wow, my fortune came true as well, I really did love this episode! Overall I would give this episode a solid 9/10, a overall great episode!

  10. I think everybody on SBM already knows this, but this is my ALL TIME favorite episode. The reason why is because it's an overall fun episode, I love everything about it, from the funny faces in the episode to the ways the characters react, I really loved how Squidward was really upbeat and a fun character in this episode because I really like to see him happy, and also SpongeBob, Mr. Krabs and Plankton were all likable in this episode. The plot is very creative and I was excited about this episode ever since it was mentioned back in 2014, I have to admit though, I had trouble choosing this episode over it's sister episode "Pull Up a Barrel" as my overall favorite because both are great episodes! Overall I would give this episode a predictable 10/10! This episode really was "The greatest company picnic ever!"!
