    A fantasy "bond with the person who tried to kill you" ordeal huh. It sounds interesting enough and even though fantasy's been done a lot by now, I still have reasons to trust Ehasz, even if he hasn't done that much lately.

    When making my list the biggest surprise was exactly how much I loved Fear, because before this year I didn't have it the absolute highest, but this year it managed to climb up to my third favorite after some serious consideration. There's this charming artstyle that doesn't really match up with the rest of the series and even though it's not the best, it's still very great for capturing the characters slowly overworking themselves. Plankton actually using his college educated brain to make Krabs petty with "open 23 hours and 59 minilutes" and trying to change SpongeBob's psyche instead of forcing it like in Plankton or The Inside Job is something fun that's only been fully explored here, gags like the piano were hilarious, and the ending with sleep being the answer after a great dream sequence with the krabby patty is the perfect way that a show like SpongeBob could. Plus I still get a kick out of Peter Lankton calling SpongeBob very sick, maybe that sickness was why he never noticed he walked to the Chum Bucket instead of some silly sleep deprivation. :P

    Also everyone who ever said SB started declining with the beginning of season 4 can participate in Go Jump off a Cliff Day.

    The Strangler is one I tend to gloss over a bit but looking back I'd definitely have it somewhere around my top 50, give or take a few spots. It's definitely top notch humor, all while still showing that even though he's not insane for being mad at SpongeBob, his urge to strangle him only causes pain and even his own loss of sanity to the point of turning himself in. It's swift justice that is fully deserved, which makes it more satisfying than the typical comedic episode of pre-movie and definitely has the episode earn itself a top 50 spot.

    DR is really odd to talk about as a whole, I definitely like it overall but a ton of things in the writing is really iffy, especially with the ending reveals and a certain amount of the characters. It's a fun albeit very flawed series, so you have to take the good with the bad in some instances, such as mostly alright gameplay and then Hangman's Gambit being literal hellspawn. "Improved" in SDR2 my ass.

    No, they're being targeted because they're not good seasons in general and people find that nothing from them is close to top 50 worthy, and one episode isn't changing perception on a whole season. Ink isn't single handedly changing opinions on s11, Mimic being undeserving doesn't mean all of post-sequel is, the argument is that it being the best of season 10 like some people believe doesn't mean it's better than pre-movie which is a subjective opinion, not an anti-post sequel fact like you want to believe.

    Mimic is a nice episode but I can't believe for a single second that it even scratches the honorable mentions let alone the top 50, nothing against it but it does not stand out remotely this much at all in terms of humor. It has a solid story but that doesn't propel it to be worthy of being this high at all when it's not even in season 10's top 3. Easily the biggest disagreement I have on here so far, Pranks a Lot included because I at least expected that.

    Ah, a top 15 ep for me to wash out SBC's worst taste. I can't believe I forgot to put this one on, it's easily a top 3 Plankton episode and him using his hillbilly family like that was great after his failed attempts, and that ending is top 5 in the series. It made it 12th for me so I wish it was higher, but a spot in the mid-30s is also deserved.

    This used to be in the top 30 so I'll take anything that I can get but putting this episode this high will forever be taken as a personal attack. The beginning was fine but after they got the spray the only funny thing was the toast guy, and I never liked the ending as a kid and never will, thank god it's not the last episode because that'd leave such a bad taste. Do I hate it too much? Maybe, but trying to remain completely neutral it's still not anywhere near deserving of the top 50. There are tons of other comedic ones and this one doesn't stand out at all. I legitimately laughed more during at least every other pre-movie episode and it does suck a bit to see them overshadowed for this.
