Liked i've posted on SBM a few minutes ago, three new titles were leaked today:
194a: The Sewers of Bikini Bottom
194b: Patrick! the Game
197a: Two Thumbs Down
Could be just working titles, though.
I don't want to repeat myself, so that should be enough. If you want to know, where I receive everything, check out my thread on SBM.

According to the credits, this is 191b and Squid Plus One is 191a.

It is quite possible that these are working titles. The first two sound really unsual. 193b could be the eating contest episode.
If the weekly episodes continue, we'll get the titles of 193 soon enough anway.

Well, SpongeBob will be involved somehow. It would be disappointing if it's him at the end, though.

Yesterday they shot some racing-themed segments for a SpongeBob SpeedPants marathon which will lead up to a new episode.
Apparently, this was made for Tutor Sauce. Nickelodeon Germany will use that footage for the premiere of 190b in Germany:
Begleitet wird der Marathon ab 13:30 Uhr durch moderierte Zwischenparts der Nickelodeon-Darsteller Kira Kosarin (Phoebe in 'Die Thundersmans') und Jack Griffo (Max in 'Die Thundermans'). Gemeinsam kommentieren sie SpongeBobs (Fehl-)Versuche und führen die Zuschauer mit witzigen Duellen durch den Nachmittag. Die neue Folge „Ohne einen Penny / Das Bootskundemuseum“ zeigt Nickelodeon um 15:15 Uhr.

What does the future hold for Spongebob?
We just recorded an episode the other day which was really surreal. Plankton and Mr. Krabs are arguing, and Plankton’s like “if you love money so much, why don’t you just marry it?” And Mr. Krabs is like, “You know, that’s not a bad idea.” So he winds up marrying a bag of money and his new wife is a bag of money. I guess that’s symbolic of anyone who’s married to money.Could be interesting, could be awkward. I hope it's the first option. Or both.

According to the credits, this episode is 190a and Tutor Sauce 190b. I knew it was too early to trust the TV guides.

Yeah, I'm aware of that. I check all sites for updates. I'm just saying that it's too early for judging.

Don't jump to conclusions. The best way to find out if this is 190a or 190b, is looking at the credits at the end of the premieres. The first mentioned episode will be 190a. They could simply air them in the wrong order.

since Sponge Out of Water nearly doubled the amount of money the first SpongeBob movie earned
Unfortunately, there's almost a handful of reasons why this statement is unstabile:
1. The first movie was not in 3D.
2. The first movie aired 10 years ago and was not as expensive as the second one.
3. The first movie had a lower budget.
4. The first movie was shown in less cinemas.
So, the profit is about the same, if you ask me. But yeah, it was really successful nonetheless.

Do we really know for sure that it will be a full-length movie? Like 100%?
Some people said that it could just be an 11-minute thing before another movie.

If it's in a different language, you don't get most of the dialogue. You could miss lots of verbal jokes that way, which could potentially make the episode better.
Especially the loss of potential English puns. Most of them don't work in other languages.

I think people who find Patrick jerky in this episode missed the fact that Sandy manipulated him. She used psychological tricks such as calling him "the boss" or the different ice cream bowls. It's the actual plot of the episode, not some cheap throw away gag. Sandy also was concerned about his behavior and on top of that he even apologized. It's nothing near season 8 territory.
