Noel was a redux holiday skin created by tvguy347, based on an early SBM skin. It was added in December 2012 for Christmas 2012, and returned for both Christmas 2013 and Snowcember Ball 2014, the latter of which marked the skin's last appearance following SBC's upgrade to IPS 4.
