Treedome Daily was a news site hosted on SBC, providing news about SpongeBob SquarePants. It was released on September 13, 2014, although articles had been submitted by staff members a month prior to release so that the site had content on release.

Concept and Release

Treedome Daily was originally conceived by tvguy347 as the official news site of the SpongeBob Universe network. However, development on the site did not begin until after SBU had collapsed. Once released, Treedome Daily allowed members to post editorials and opinion pieces about the show. Anyone could submit their own articles, and have them featured on Treedome Daily's front page after being approved by staff.

Treedome Daily was was removed on September 25, 2015 with Starfish 11's release due to its obscurity among members and lack of activity. With its removal marked the end of the last remnant of SBU, a project that began over 3 years prior.
