Snowcember Ball 2022 is the eleventh annual Christmas/holidays event on SBC, and ninth one to use the name Snowcember Ball. It began December 12, 2022 and concluded December 28, 2022. This also celebrated ten years since SBC's first Christmas celebration.
General
During the event, like previous years, the group names changed to general Christmas/SpongeBob Christmas related names. Cashiers and Loyal Customers became dark green and dark blue instead of blue and light green.

In addition, they also got exclusive holiday badges, the same used in previous years. They also show on Discord next to usernames.

Fake News Media --> Fruitcake Island
Christmas Present
For SBC's yearly Christmas present, two new ranks (Superhero and Legendary) and two new badges (Status Updater and #1 Soda Drinking Hat) were added, as part of the Achievements system. JCM also added a new Interviews page to the homepage.

The 43rd SWYAD was held during the event. Like past Snowcember Balls, the theme was to change your username to something holiday themed.

Christmas Trivia Contest 2022: Ultimate Edition
Christmas Trivia returned to celebrate 10 years since the tradition began, using Kahoot again. There were a total of 10 rounds, with the first two on December 12th and last two on December 22nd. The overall winner was Dman, who received the Christmas Trivia Champion badge, free King Neptune for a Day, Snowman pin, sneak peek of a future SBC project and Silver username color. This year's edition had the most players of any trivia contest in SBC history with 16.

A Discord party was held on December 25th at 7pm EST. Alongside it was a screening of the following SpongeBob and Patrick Star Show episodes: Snowball Effect, Frozen Face-Off and Just in Time for Christmas.

SBC Secret Santa Program 2022
The Secret Santa Program returned again. The event allowed users to get gifts for other users secretly, with identities of the gift givers being revealed after the gifts have been given out. For the first time, this year allowed users to pick gifts that aren't limited to SBC's store. New gift options included: donating doubloons, Discord Nitro gifts, and making a photoshopped image. The gifts were given out on December 22nd, along with the identities of the Secret Santas. 6 users participated in this event.
Snowcember Story Contest
A story contest. Users had to submit a holiday-themed writing. The judges were Patty, Trophy and OWM. Danny DeVito's story "A Very Philly Christmas" won, who received 1,000 doubloons and 200 experience points.
Snowman Hunt
Another scavenger hunt. This time, users had to find six snowmen around the forum. Whoever found them would receive 500 doubloons, 200 experience points, and an exclusive Squidward Claus collectable.
Minigames
Snowman Builder
A new minigame. Users have to build a SpongeBob character snowman, and they could receive either: a Snowman collectable, doubloons, experience points or nothing.
Gone Sledding
Users have to sled down a mountain, reaching a certain point, and the outcome would be randomly generated. Users could either win a Snowman collectable, doubloons, experience points or nothing.
Sneaky Santa
Users have to steal presents from Christmas trees, and the outcome would be randomly generated. Users could either win a Snowman collectable, doubloons, experience points or nothing.
