Katherine Cross is the main character of Miss Appear, created by teenj12.

Background and Description -

Katherine Cross is a young woman possessing the power of invisibility. Suffering from clinical depression, Katherine is initially portrayed as very distressed and frustrated, but with the help of medical treatment and counseling, she transitions into a driven, passionate young woman. Prior to the beginning of the show, Katherine had a troubled relationship with her father, who had shown disapproval of her sexuality after she came out to him. Her home life with her mother wasn't much better, as she hated their living environment and her mother's drug dealing boyfriend. Katherine eventually breaks contact with her parents for a over a year, but has been slowly letting them back into her life. Her relationship with her mother, Marilyn, for instance, has gotten very much back on track.

Powers and Abilities -

Katherine is a metafish who's powers developed naturally.

Invisibility - Katherine has the ability to render herself invisible, through manipulation of the Earth's gravity field. As a metafish, Katherine can naturally tap into this field.

Telekinesis - As an extension of her ability to tap into the gravitational field, Katherine can mimic telekinesis, being able to move objects with her mind.

Levitation - Katherine can use her telekinesis to levitate herself a few feet off the ground, and balance herself when landing (as seen in "Oh Shit"). In Heroes Collide, when Sandy Cheeks asks Katherine if she can fly, Katherine refers to it as 'guided soaring', strongly suggesting that she can only levitate.
