The IPB 1.3 (Invision Power Board 1.3) skin was a skin on SBC added on July 1, 2013, created by hilaryfan80. It was a novelty skin made by him to represent what Invision looked like in the old days, although it is not 100% accurate. It was later removed, but then added to the store as an exclusive shop item from December 13, 2014 to September 25, 2015. Unfortunately, the skin will not be returning for the foreseeable future due to hilaryfan80 losing a copy of IPB 3.
