Captain Magma was an 11 episode miniseries spin-off created by teenj12. The show focuses on the origin of Johnny Flaire as the super-hero, Captain Magma. It is the third installment of The Teenjverse.

Plot
"Following his part in helping Miss Appear defeat a serial killer in Bikini Bottom, Johnny Flaire is inspired to clean up crime in his city of New Coral after a violent gang moves in. Donning the secret identity of 'Magma', Johnny must deal with the dangers of being a hero, while also battling a crippling drug addiction."
Conception
teenj12 originally created I.J.L.S.A to tell the story of the members and their efforts to safeguard the world, but decided to instead tell each of their stories separately and retool I.J.L.S.A after. The first character that the creator wanted to develop was Miss Appear, the sole female member. The first season of the Spin-Off, Miss Appear, aired in early 2016. Captain Magma was worked on soon after, releasing on July 18th, 2016.
Main Characters
Johnny Flaire / Captain Magma - A 21 year old drug user who dons the secret identity of 'Magma', using his fire based powers to bring down a drug trafficking gang called the 'Ragers'. While he has a great sense of humor, Johnny can often be painfully unaware of the feelings of others, and of his own health.
Sabrina Castillo - A 21 year old fashion student who has a penchant for technology as well. Although she is very shy, and considers herself quite nerdy, Sabrina can be vocal and well-spoken. Sabrina, the only person who knows of Johnny's double identity, helps Johnny with his mission in bringing down the Ragers.
Madeline Flaire - Johnny and Tia's mother, who has a secret from her past that could threaten everything she's built.
William Flaire - Johnny and Tia's father, who is known for being very dedicated to his work.
Tia Flaire - Johnny's 17 year old sister, who is struggling to find an identity for herself.
Elena Bandz / The Elastic Waistband - A mysterious, but playful world-class gymnast who finds herself caught up in Johnny's mission.
