Customize Topic Title is a store item that allows you to change the color of topic titles that you made, along with bolding/italicizing them. This said feature used to be available for all members, but as of Tiki's launch on January 1, 2014, it was made a store exclusive feature. As of Starfish 11, the item was permanently discontinued due to lack of usage
Store Description: Using this item, you can add colors to your topic titles, or even bold/italicize them.
