V13 Sponge

V13 Sponge is a skin created by Patty Sponge for Sponge 13, released on May 19, 2019. It is the main skin for the version. It has a dark version known as V13 Sponge Dark. It became a Loyal Customer exclusive skin on April 8, 2023 with the release of Seahorse 15. The skin was permanently retired on July 18, 2025 with the release of Plankton 16.

Trivia

• During development, the skin used the name "Smelly Socks."
• This was the first skin in SBC's history to have different post icons per forum section; this feature is no longer on the skin as of 2023.
• It was the third skin in SBC's history to have a banner slider after Oceans 9 and V12 Squid; this feature is no longer on the skin as of 2021.
