Customize Topic Title
Customize Topic Title is a store item that allows you to change the color of topic titles that you made, along with bolding/italicizing them. This said feature used to be available for all members, but as of Tiki's launch on January 1, 2014, it was made a store exclusive feature. As of Starfish 11, it is not available and it is unknown if it will return.
