Arcade Anarchy (series)
Arcade Anarchy is SBC's yearly video game themed event. The idea was first pitched in a staff discussion by Patty Sponge on November 6, 2019 as a one-off event to tie-into Battle for Bikini Bottom: Rehydrated. The event name was coined by sbl. The first edition occurred from May 22 to June 14, 2020, themed around Battle for Bikini Bottom. After 2020's edition, it went on a two year hiatus but returned in March 2023 to promote The Cosmic Shake, becoming a regular yearly event after. It has replaced March Madness as SBC's annual spring competition event. It also pulls aspects of Spin-Off Festival with the Prize Store. Unlike SBC's other yearly events, it is unique in that each event celebrates a different SpongeBob game and themes it around that game. The event series has been positively received and called one of SBC's strongest events.

- It is the first event where the first edition takes place in a different month from the others. The first edition is also currently the only one to take place in summer.
