2025 is the current and sixteenth year. This year celebrated the 10th anniversary of SpongeCraft.

Timeline
January to March
On January 30th, 2025, a special party was held on SpongeCraft to celebrate the game's 10th anniversary. It included a building contest in Historic SpongeCraftia and saw many players come online, making it one of the most active nights for the game. Febracropolis occurred from February 14th to February 27th, which was a Greek/Roman themed event. Arcade Anarchy IV occurred from March 8th to March 29th, which celebrated 20 years of the games The Yellow Avenger and Lights, Camera, Pants. Zaid was the winner of the event in the end.
April to June
For SBC's April Fools prank, SpringBoob and Lumon related pranks were held. The 56th Stop What You Are Doing was held from May 9th to May 16th, which had a theme of Show Characters that was chosen by Loyal Customers.
July to September
Pretty Patty Pride 2025 was held from June 1st to June 16th, now becoming a yearly event. Plankton 16 was released on July 18th, 2025.
