Shell City is the second-largest city in Salty Seas and the twin city of the capital, Barnacle Bay. It is built on a large island off the coast of the mainland. It has several small beach shacks along the seaboard. A canal connects two parts of the sea together.
Landmarks
Aquapark- A tiny amusement park that was intended to be a combination land and water park. The build remains open.
Radiant Tower- The tallest skyscraper of the city. Its height compared to other skyscrapers in Barnacle Bay has yet to be measured.
