A city-state located west of the Spongecraftia Jungle. It ~~contains~~ many ~~houses~~, a ~~mall~~, and ~~lots of farm land~~. It is also on the western edge of Eastern Spongecraftia near the Great Rift River. It also serves as a stopover on the rail to Grand Spongecraftia Station. It was formerly known as City Spongecraftia until December 2015, when a counterpart country called Countryside Spongecraftia was founded. The two were merged the same day.

It is a fast growing country comprisant of many buildings, primarily retail and housing, it's capitol is the French Colonial inspired "New Outeria", a town with mostly small 2-level buildings, most with the idea of being sold as both a Business opportunity and housing on the second floor. It is also on the western edge of Eastern Spongecraftia near the Great Rift River. It also serves as a stopover on the rail to Grand Spongecraftia Station. It was formerly known as City Spongecraftia until December 2015, when a counterpart country called Countryside Spongecraftia was founded. The two were merged the same day.
