A city-state located west of the Spongecraftia Jungle. It ~~contains~~ many ~~houses~~, a ~~mall~~, and ~~lots of farm land~~. It is also on the western edge of Eastern Spongecraftia near the Great Rift River. It also serves as a stopover on the rail to Grand Spongecraftia Station. It was formerly known as City Spongecraftia until December 2015, when a counterpart country called Countryside Spongecraftia was founded. The two were merged the same day. It recently incorporated the former [[SpongeCraftia European Union|British Spongecraftia]] side of [[International Village]] which expanded the country to the border of [[Unknown SpongeCraftia|Unknown Spongecraftia]] and the rest of the Spongecraftia European Union, making Outer Spongecraftia a country with two settlements.
