On January 30th, 2025, a special party was held on SpongeCraft to celebrate the game's 10th anniversary. It included a building contest in [[Historic Spongecraftia (country)|Historic SpongeCraftia]] and saw many players come online, making it one of the most active nights for the game. [[Febracropolis]] occurred from February 14th to February 27th, which was a Greek/Roman themed event. [[Arcade Anarchy IV]] occurred from March 8th to March 29th, which celebrated 20 years of the games The Yellow Avenger and Lights, Camera, Pants. [[Zaid]] was the winner of the event in the end.

[[Plankton 16]] was released on July 18th, 2025, which saw: an overhaul to Discord, moving to QueUp for SBC's latest music platform, SpongeCraft updates, revival of [[Become a Cashier for a Day|Cashier for a Day]], [[Zaid]] becoming a Fry Cook and more. [[SBC-129]], a space event, occurred from August 15th to August 31st. Whoever collected three keys from games would be able to face the Jellien King in a boss battle. [[Scientific September]], a mini science fair event, occurred from September 12th to September 20th.
