Penumbria is the northernmost city in Spongecraftia, it's primarily focused on Wind Powered energy, and it's structures reflect that philosophy, it was started, and is still actively being worked on by Crushingmayhem, though the project initially started as a duo project between him and OWM.
Attractions in Penumbria
- Penumbria has large, uniquely long Wind Turbines, which supply energy to the city and neighboring towns.
- Northern Spongecraftia Mega-Mart - A large retailers containing a large variety of products. It includes a food court as well as a clothing store and library.
- SpongeCraft letters - The words Sponge Craft in two separate mountains overseeing the city.
