State Of The Forums

Incredibly disappointed that I even had to make this topic.

 

For the last month or so, these are some issues you might have noticed.

 

"OH MY GOD THE FANTASTIC FOUR/FIVE/TRINITY ARE SO ANNOYING"

"*insert random snide comment towards another member*

"EPISODE 1: ONE SENTENCE HAHA IM FUNNY"

"UGH NEW SBC MEMBErS SUCK"

 

This attittude, these snide jabs, they have literally permeated the forum and made it a crap place to be on. I've let it continue on for far too long, and me and other staff are sick of it. You feel left out because you aren't a part of a certain group on the forums? Get over it, you're not going to be a part of everything all the time. You're annoyed by said groups inside gags? PM the members in question about it, ask them to stop. But making a bunch of snide jabs and spin-offs targeting people is not the way to go about it.

 

People have been expressing contempt for the one sentence Spin-offs. I'll say this once. Knock it off. The ones that are already airing, whatever. But a ton being created at once? Nah. We aren't doing that anymore. And about all the new members sucking- Everyone was a noob once. No one has the right to bellittle a newbie or be a jerk to them because they're awkward/post oddly. Try to actually help someone out.

 

And finally, as something you should all know- If you don't have anything nice or constructively criticizing to say, just don't post. Yes, I'm referring to the events that transpired tonight. I don't want to see anything like that again. It's really saddening that I had to make this topic at all.
