Please don't vote based on who you're friends with, but who you believe will represent the community best. :)

That being said, I believe CNF is the best choice and thus who I voted for.

So if you guys saw the staff changes recently, you noticed we’re missing a Rep Spot. Well, you’re getting your answer to that now! If you have been on SBC for more than a year, you can apply to be a new Representative!

CHANGE OF PLANS: When we get 4 applications from people, me and a group of users will review them. This time around though, instead of the typical grade them and reveal them on a week later like with the Mod elections, the users will vote in a poll above. Why did we still have you send in applications? Because it will help users decide (see below to see the applications). You may not vote for yourself if nominated. Whoever wins will get 400db and the new rep spot! :)

If you are having a tough time voting, here is the nominees' applications:

1. CNF

1. I have not had staff experience on the forums itself(aside from the Mod For A Day thing :P), however I have helped out with SBU, I am an admin on the SBC Wiki and I am a mod on the Xat, so I have had staff experience. :)

2. I would voice my opinion in the staff lounge, in a manner that would not bash one single member or favor another. I would view both sides of anything before expressing my opinion as well.

3. I would benefit the staff in many ways. I am a kind, passionate member on the forums and would bring that over to my position as a member of the Rep board. :)

4. As I have said before, I'm kind, passionate, and ready to speak my opinion while not bashing other's opinions and staying civil during all discussions, conversations, etc.

5. The only reason I could think about is that I have sometimes not stayed civil during discussions, but I've tried my hardest to make sure I stay civil during discussions.

6. I would like to see more episodes of SpongeBob uploaded, but please, take all the time you need on that. Otherwise you're all doing a great job on SBC and SBU! :D Thank you for taking the time to review this app as well. :)(I apologize if I sound like I'm sucking up, I didn't mean to sound like that :P)

1. Have you had any staff experience on SBC or on other forums before?

Yes, I used to be a moderator in several forums and dealt with many different situations in the past including Mediating conflicts between members and offering help to newer users.

2. Would you voice your opinion in the Staff Lounge?

I would certainly do. Mostly in projects that benefit the integrity of SBU such as keeping the boards active, bring ideas for features, and guide new users around the site.

3. How do think you can benefit SBC and the staff?

For one, I could say that I'm active and focused on objectives. I also believe that SBC/SBU has plenty of potential of becoming a more successful website in the future.

4. Why do you think you should become a Representative?

Because I am active enough to handle such duties. In addition, some users look to me as an example of someone capable of great things despite the odds. And most people have a positive view of what I have accomplished on SBC.

5. Any reasons you think you should not become one?

I wouldn't say that there isn't a reason to oppose my entrance into the Representative board. Rather, if I am capable of such job which requires patience.

6. Are there any ideas you have for SBU/SBC?

I would like to see SBC/SBU more active and with new features that can benefit users. So far, the wiki seems like an important aspect of some of the recent surge in activity. I think we can improve some of the areas that we lack to preserve the integrity of the boards which should probably be the most important part our achievements throughout the years.

Being as how some of these threads and SBC options may shape the future of the entire site as a

whole, I would definitely voice my opinion in the staff lounge. Feedback definitely does help. :)

3. How do think you can benefit SBC and the staff?

I'm willing, kind of intelligent, I have a bit of creativity, and I'm definitely able to do some work that

requires a bit of rolling-up-sleeves. (wary) I've been involved in various conflicts and situations and

I have got experience from them. I do know the majority of the SBC users and am willing to help them

out in anyway I can.

4. Why do you think you should become a Representative?

I've wanted to help the site for quite a while, and I feel like I can help SBC in one way or another and

really help it go through for even more great stuff in the future.

5. Any reasons you think you should not become one?

The Aqua incident really comes to shine here, but I think we've (hopefully) patched things up from here

to now.

6. Are there any ideas you have for SBU/SBC?

I've always wanted a "create your own background" feature. Could be hard, but there must be some way

to create it. :) I'm sure even more ideas will come in the future.

My thoughts: I had been admin of SBC Wiki, i helped out by editing the page for things to do with my editing goal.

i eventually did good staff things when i was SBC Wiki Admin on SBC especially i helped jjs with SBJ page in SBC Wiki which is amazing actually..

2. Would you voice your opinion in the Staff Lounge?

My thoughts: honestly, i liked those ideas by Dylan when he made something to improve the forum & Spongebase (even though it's still under beta stage). I actually approved the ideas for SBC and i do think the staff were doing great job for organizing the even like Clappy for Christmas event & Dylan for Octerror Fest.

I would also think SL is very professional & organized as well.

3. How do think you can benefit SBC and the staff?

My thoughts: Well, i would love to help out for SBC/SBU, i would could be good Representative if i give out my opinions on what certain discussion in SL. i can understand be rep is not easy to be part of staff member but i'm all good for helping with staff like jjs & Dylan. and there's not much to say about that.

4. Why do you think you should become a Representative?

My thoughts: Again, i could be very helpful & respectful to the staff members, i do wanted give out my ideas to help out for SBC/SBU. Overall, i think i can be capable with that to be part of Rep of SBC.

5. Any reasons you think you should not become one?

My thoughts: not really, like i said before it's not easy to be part of staff member. hopefully, i can handle this :)

6. Are there any ideas you have for SBU/SBC?

My ideas: hmm, that's pretty tough question. i would say throw some another SWYAD event, or have interview with SB crew (though AN already got an idea before :P). We could do something like maybe hosting an another XAT Games during mid-winter break or Spring Break.

An another idea i thave for SBC/SBU is i would suggested as if we could do Member Appreciation Day, a day to give member something the staff would appreciate the users what they would like. like for example getting free weapon of their choice for Team battle, giving everyone 100dbs (or 200dbs if you want to), have a special badge and maybe 10 rep points as well.

so that's all for the ideas i have right here. :)

i hope i could make it anyways.

That's alright SOF, I actually never expected to get this far but I couldn't do it without you guys. I actually think you have some chances in the future as well. But for now, let's do our best for SBC. :)
