A bit of a pain in my left arm from a shot (medical, mind you, medical) taken yesterday.

This goddamn heat wave, that's what's bothering me

I drank so much water, but I still got sick from dehydration. It didn't help that yesteday I took two store-brand CVS versions of Excedrin to ease a migraine, which made me loopy (Execedrin and a lot of other pain-relief pills contain caffeine, which tends to make you sleepy after the rush of energy crashes down)

Been having random coughing fits recently, past week or two, also felt like I was gonna throw up from time to time during these coughing fits and finally threw up a few hours ago. Feeling better now but still coughing and staying home just in case since I heard it was something going around.
