that you have to study the menu when you are being trained to be an employee at a restaurant so you know what the food item has in it when the customer tells you what they want to order so you can enter it into the computer. i didn't know that you had to memorize what the food items are/what's inside of them. i thought you could just know the name of it when they tell you what they want...i still don't know why you need memorize what the food item is though. all i know is that you need to do it.
