It appears that whenever I had to do an emergency reboot on the server, the database became slightly corrupted. Repairing the database seemed to fix the problem. When I use the full site version on mobile, the "top" bar is white and the tapatalk pop up is seen and unremovable. To be fair, the full site version isn't really meant for mobile use.
