Zaid Posted February 12, 2025 Author Posted February 12, 2025 My newest project, Raspberry City Center is coming along nicely! it's a 4-level mall (3 primary, 1 food court), anchored by Rich's, JCPenney, Seasons, Parisian and DoubleTree! it's a massive upbringing but there has been some slight demand for a mall in RC again, so I figured i'd fulfill the demand! Arctic Mills is somewhat on hold until I complete at the very least the exterior of this.
