51. Get Ouch / Day of the Living Dad Jokes

Get Ouch:

Plot: After getting rid of Ouchie, Pinkeye takes over the Star house.

Day of the Living Dad Jokes:

Plot: Patrick and Squidina must find safety amidst the dad joke apocalypse.

I feel like "Get Ouch" was made in order to make up for the lack of Ouchie and Pinkeye in the second season of "The Patrick Star Show". Also, I think this might very well be Pinkeye's origin story. Since Ouchie is being treated like a King in the Star home and LOVING it, it's no secret that Pinkeye is JEALOUS of the attention that Ouchie is getting! Wanting a piece of the action, Pinkeye makes his way into the Star house and tries to get a piece of Ouchie's lavish living! In the process, Pinkeye and Ouchie make a MESS of the house; and Pinkeye REALIZES he can use this to his advantage, so Pinkeye DITCHES Ouchie to make it look like he ALONE was responsible for all the damage (since the Stars didn't SEE what happened!) To add insult to injury, Pinkeye FAKES being injured by Cecil's boat, so that HE can be taken in and pampered; while Ouchie gets left in the cold rain! Moved to dismay, Ouchie runs (or rolls) away, only to be caught by a stray animal catcher! Thankfully, it doesn't last too long; as the stray animal catcher's vehicle crashes, and Ouchie is able to escape with a bunch of other stray animals! In animal talk, Ouchie tells them what happened; and they all agree to help Ouchie get even! While Pinkeye has already distracted the Star family so that he can basically have the entire house to himself; Pinkeye and the stray animals make an assault on the Star family, where Pinkeye not only takes his well-deserved revenge against Pinkeye, he's able to FREE the Star family, and clear his name! Thankfully, while Pinkeye is put into an animal carrier; he is at LEAST able to live and get some food. I'll give this episode segment a 9.9 out of 10. /

Ever wonder how you can do a "Zombie Apocalypse" episode WITHOUT actually using ZOMBIES?! Well, "The Patrick Star Show" found a way! Thanks to a special comet called The Dad Comet, which only passes by Bikini Bottom once every 20 years; it mesmerizes ALL dads into having the ability to transform ANYONE who laughs at one of their BAD jokes into DADS themselves, and NO one is immune! Not Bunny, not GrandPat, not Squidward, not even Sandy; who actually tried to SAVE Patrick and Squidina! It's only by Patrick and Squidina going to a LITERAL game of football (as in, a team of FEET kicking a football around), that they inadvertently cause a BLIMP to pop, which ends up CRASHING into the Dad Comet, and makes it veer off course...presumably to NEVER be seen again! And in a case of "Tropes are Not Bad", there is no "Ornithological Inertia", as everyone who IS turned into dads is turned back (except for those who already WERE dads before the Dad Comet came around), and everyone's fine...until Sandy reveals that the Dad Comet is always closely followed by the Mom Comet, which always turns ANYONE into a mom IF they agree to accompany their mom in shopping! I'll give this episode segment a 9.9 out of 10. Enough said, true believers!
