306. Sandy's Country Christmas

WOW!!!! They REALLY improved the Stop-Motion Visual effects from the LAST Stop-Motion Holiday Special! While I know that Lewis Black returned as Santa, I can't exactly tell who Johnny Knoxville played as...I'm surprised they DIDN'T get him to reprise his role as Johnny Krill. In any case, we FINALLY get to meet Sandy's family officially; although we don't get to see her nutty nieces. (Although to be fair, there was already PLENTY enough antics and trouble in THIS special already!) Using her super science skills, Sandy is DETERMINED to perfect a new formula that will INSTANTLY create a PERFECT Christmas tree! She succeeds; but unfortunately, because her niece and nephew (belonging to her brother Randy), decide that they want to have a really TALL Christmas Tree; they decide to add some MORE of the formula into it, and it grows VERY tall! So tall, that it now blocks the very PATH that Santa is traveling on, and knocks him out of the sky! Even worse, slamming into the tree scrambles Santa's senses, so he doesn't know who he is or what DAY it is! Luckily, Sandy's niece and nephew DO find Santa's presents in the sleigh up in the tree! And although the sleigh is busted, Spongebob and the rest of the Cheeks family all work in order to repair it! And using the power of a holiday song (and using it to help give ENOUGH Christmas cheer to the last bit of the Holiday formula), they are able to power up the sleigh enough so that it CAN make all the deliveries to Bikini Bottom in time, and SAVE Christmas! Thankfully, by the time they are done; Santa has recovered his senses, and thanks Spongebob for saving Christmas in Bikini Bottom for him! Even though the Bikini Bottom citizens KNOW that it was Sandy and Spongebob who made the deliveries, they STILL appreciate the deliveries! And Sandy decides to put her really TALL Christmas Tree to good use, and decides to make it the REST of her family's new home, and sends it off to Texas with them on it! I'd give this Christmas Special a 9.4 out of 10! (It lost some points, due to Sandy's Niece and Nephew not REALLY getting in trouble for CAUSING the problem in the first place!) Enough said, true believers!
