Arctic Mills V2/Reborn

hi, it's mostly being posted on the discord, but i'd like to show my current project, which is fixing one of my least favorite projects allowing arctic mills to reach it's full potential, inside and out will be undergoing a process to get a new interior an exterior and all that good stuff (as i've gotten better at MC Builds in the last 6 years since i worked on AM last), it's all on the SpongeCraft Classic world on SpongeCraft Frontiers!

Neighborhood 1, 2 and 3 are being remade, with 2 being split between itself and the moved Food Court, i also finally tore out the floor in Neighborhood 3 to be redone similar to what you see with Neighborhood 1 (Borders Wing)

for fans of "Da Bar" from SC Mall 2... I Introduce to you Cosmos! Arctic Spongecraftia's first and only LGBTQ+ Sports Bar! notably being inside the warm air conditioned Arctic Mills allows it to provide a warm cozy atmosphere with it's Vintage Bar woods and rich copper red Granite tiling, have some cocktails and watch some beatin' and banging of Stock Cars! ...or just watch Family Guy & The Simpsons, as that's all FX and FXX are playing at the moment...

Cosmos has been in Arctic Mills since the original Winter Fair Mall opened in 1989, and has been a beacon in the community even after the Mall became Arctic Mills in 2003.

Update Log as of 9/24/2024 at 2:25am EST:

-Demolished old Borders/Bon-Ton Space in favor of ground-up 2-level "Seasons" space, coming soon.

-Added several new stores and filled most spaces apart from the designated "Quote" empty spaces.

-started work on new hallway for 10-screen theater

-added more spaces

-finished food court flooring and some spaces

-moved new Borders entrance

-begun work on NASCAR Speedpark exterior framing

-begun work on TARGET Exterior redo

-begun work on Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World exterior redo

-Removed old Line Fascia, still have no plans on how to change the exterior.

-Removed some shelving inside Media Play, still mulling over how to redo that as well.

-Laid out misc. ground work for Outer ring Romano's Macaroni Grill & Dunkin' Donuts.

-Line's new front and new sign are now up! Work begins on the interior.

Directories have been added!

2 Directory Spots were also added!

Media Play has finally been gutted and prepped for interior redecoration and/or exterior expansion.

Misc. Decorations have been added, including the Coke Sign.

Old Mall sign has finally been removed.

Ritz Camera sign has been added!

More work has been done on the Bass Pro Shops Exterior, the parts that can be seen from the outside are pretty much finished apart from a possible future Tracker Boats Center, the only remainder of the old glass wall that is left will not be able to be seen as it will be covered by the future NASCAR Speedpark.

Added some Interior seating in Neighborhood 1.
