You can use any type of photo editing program for this. You could add funny images to it, change the colors around, etc. Go wild. Here's a simple resource you can use: https://www.teamultima.org/flag/ A panel of judges (Trophy, sbl and Hawk) will decide who has the best flag. Whoever wins will receive 1,000 doubloons, 200 experience points and the Pretty Patty Palette collectable. You have until June 15th at 12 noon to submit.
