And in the Fast & Furious spin-off, our heroes have to deal with a superhuman who is bulletproof.  Anyone remember when these movies were about stealing VHS players?  That feels like so long ago with how over the top ridiculous these movies are becoming.  Does that mean the ninth movie will be about Vin Diesel and company driving cars into space?

This franchise is almost like the Saints Row of cinema, officially crossing over into like Saints Row The Third/borderline IV territory now lol It's ridiculous, but damned if I'm not gonna end up giving it more of my money. But like with that series, there's a certain threshold when it comes to balls to the wall shit and I hope the F&F franchise don't go too out there with their shit. I can see if they want to experiment with other elements in their spinoffs, but hopefully they keep a bit of a balance with the main movie line-up.
