A word about community (shoutouts)

Before I even say anything, I just want to give the biggest possible "thank you' to absolutely everyone here. Whether you actively fought until the bitter end in this Internet war against common decency or were a passive audience, your support and your love for this community is the reason we are all here today. The fact that you all want our community to thrive and to be happy, the fact that an outsider like my own mother could recognize this and fight for hilaryfan to restore our website in the name of community-- it shows me that we have a bond that cannot be broken by one developer. The support you have all given me after I told my story has shown me that you aren't just some kids I talk to on the Internet, but that there is something extremely real about the friendships we've made. I feel as though I have become closer to so many of you in just this weekend, and as I told more people my story and felt more support, I couldn't help but be overwhelmed by everything. There are so many of you I want to thank for this, it'd be impossible to get everyone but even if I don't mention you by name, your support and the conversations we've had meant so much and I value you deeply. 

First, to @jjsthekid @JCM and @tvrepairman. The work that you guys put in to save SBC in case we got taken down is absolutely incredible. You have proven your love for this community and this group. I want to especially mention jjs here because I know how much you went through emotionally over this past week and how strong you still were in ensuring me justice, no matter what cost it came at. I've felt our friendship grow much stronger over the past month or so and I cannot be happier for that. Your hard work and dedication are nothing short of admirable, and I couldn't be happier that you're our lead admin. You're a role model for us all of someone who can not only lead with an iron fist but of a leader who can understand and engage with their membership. 

To @Hayden, the first person who would ever hear me out about this. Confiding in you ever since that February day has been one of the most important aspects of my entire year, and your encouragement of me to go public with this while simultaneously understanding my apprehensions have made you one of the few users who I feel has a true understanding of exactly how I've felt. You never once doubted, you never once blamed me and you were always there to listen when I needed you. You have become an essential part of my SBC friend group and someone who I've always been able to trust. I cannot thank you enough for listening to me, and for being the reason I made the realization in the first place. (you also showed me total drama and adventure time. you are the best)

@Cha♡ You already know what I'm going to say here... but I'm gonna say it anyway. You are my best friend, the person I confide in the most, the person I spend the most hours with and the person who over the last four hours I've come to trust and love the most. I appreciate every single hour we've spent together, every single post we've made, and every single ounce of support you've ever given me. I wake up everyday excited to talk to you and I hope you know the impact you've had on me, because it's absolutely undeniable. Forever ur the Ryan to my Sharpay and the Sam to my Carly.  

To both @Monika♥ and @DarknessDG , who's support has been extremely helpful during this time and who have made me laugh countless times in moments where I felt most hurt. You guys made some of the best posts I've ever read here in the Resignation topic before it was redacted. 

To @Halibut, @Mr. Saturn, and everyone else on the CyTube Discord, thank you for allowing me to vent and for being some of the most understanding, genuine people here. I admit that just like everyone else I had my preconceived notions on this group, but I've come to see what sweet and understanding people you all are and I cannot thank you enough for allowing me to express my anger and reciprocating in the way I needed. Special shoutout to Halibut for being one of my closest defenders throughout this and one of the most willing to listen, you're incredible man. 

To @OWM, @Patty Sponge, and @Bieber Tentacles-- the moderating team as a whole, honestly, thank you for being extremely understanding of my situation and for dealing with what you had to in the moderator PMs. You guys are incredibly patient and incredibly understanding and I cannot express enough how comfortable I feel here under your moderation. 

To @Sauce Mama, @WumboJack Horseman, @TJ12, @Young Nug, @Clappy, @big dragin123 ay ay ay , and @rdctd, I cannot thank you enough for supporting me despite the fact that we come from entirely different SBC generations and our interactions have been for the most part limited. Your support has meant so much to me and I cannot thank you enough for listening to me. 

And to new friends: @Katniss, @President Squidward, @HawkbitAlpha , @kev, @Master WhoBruh, @RDSP and so many others-- all of this could not have been achieved without your love and support. I could've never had my story listened to and heard without those of you who were willing to listen and to support me, and I cannot appreciate enough the fact that even when allegations were made that seemed impossible to believe, you came to my defense and showed me love like I've never known. 

To SBC, long may we stand together. I love each and every one of you.

Thank you so much for the kind words, but as I've stated to you before multiple times, I'm dumbfounded by your strength through times that bring such horrific stress, anxiety and shame, I know exactly what you are going through and you have powered through it incredibly well. This was a wonderful community effort in which each of us took part to do an excellent act for the safety of this website, even if I'm not a common user on it, I do appreciate the community lots and will stick around on Discord.
