The suspect is dead (female), and 4 are wounded. They are not treating this as an act of terror, but as either domestic violence or a workplace dispute.

I'm just glad nobody died this time. The motive is still undetermined, but the common opinion is that she shot up YouTube HQ because she was very angered by the new policies.
