If I were president, the government would never shutdown. Looks like someone needs to kick some incompetent asses!

I don't really have an opinion other than the fact that Mitch McConnell and Rand Paul, both of Kentucky's senators, are blaming democrats for the shutdown but both of them voted against the bill that would've prevented it. It seems like the whole situation is a blame game.

Our country as a whole is divided politically now more so than I’ve experienced in my life time, so shutting the government down doesn’t really shock me.  Both political parties and our president can point fingers at each other all they want, but they don’t realize that they are all a part of the problem.
