An episode can't be over rated if it's one all that popular.

I think it is, hands down, the best episode of season 2. Probably my 2nd favorite episode overall. Under rated, to be honest.

"To rate or appraise too highly." There ya go, just what I was saying. "Survival of the Idiots" doesn't get praised too highly. In fact it generally gets low ratings. And from what I hear, one of it's broadcasts in 2003 was the lowest ratings the show ever received.

This episode can't get any better. I've seen it a bajillion times, but yet, it's still hilarious.
