Recommended Posts

SpongeCraft now has vehicles!

You are now able to use the following items:

  • Bikes - Ride a bike by yourself, or with a buddy!
  • Cars - Ride a car by yourself, or with a buddy!
  • Trains - For use on rail, look more stylish than using a minecart!
  • Rafts (boats) - Sail the seven seas in your wonderful boat!
  • Submarines - ...or go under the sea and explore the ocean blue!
  • Helicopters - Fly across the sky!
  • Planes - ...or fly across the sky by yourself, or with a buddy!
  • Brooms - Channel your inner witch by flying across the sky on your broom!
  • Parachute - Glide off the highest points of SpongeCraft in your personal parachute!
  • Tanks - Storm through SpongeCraftia in your tank!

Each one has three styles to choose from~

Commands to obtain these vehicles and tips on how to operate them are located in the former Da Controls room in the Directory.

Happy driving!

No, vehicles have engines.  Bikes don't.

they dont have to have an engine. the basic definition of a vehicle is "a thing used for transporting people or goods" can bikes do that? yes

Bikes are fully able to transport both people and goods. There is a distinction between vehicles and motor vehicles (which have engines.) If it makes you feel any better, you can think of this feature as just being a collection of transportation devices. :vanessa:

Because hilaryfan80 found six planes on a runway in the new Grand Spongecraftia Airport, all vehicles will now go back into your inventory automatically when you dismount it. If you want to use a vehicle for decorative purposes, you can do so, but they will go back to your inventory once somebody gets in the vehicle and dismounts it. I didn't want to turn on this feature, but it's clear that people are too lazy to clear their vehicles out on their own.
