I lived in a neighborhood for a few years which was... less than pleasant, let's just say that. Generally speaking it's a hit or miss kinda thing, and I guess Fa and I have mostly just gotten lucky. Where I lived Spoiler (South Riding) , nearly everyone there was incredibly rich or just really well off and usually pretty arrogant and snooty.
