If anything has surprised me so far, it's probably the poor starts the Blue Jays and Astros have had so far considering the offensive juggernaut Toronto was last year and the Astros realistically being a bullpen meltdown away from the ALCS. I think one of them can still pick it up and make the playoffs (probably the Astros) but their hole is rather deep now. Positively, the White Sox have surprised considering all the drama regarding them in Spring Training. Nice to see both sides of Chicago in contention for once.

I'm more surprised at the other Chicago, because to be quite honest I expected their record to be around where Houston is now and vice versa, and the same also goes to Seattle and Minnesota. :S
