When he was 12, a con man entrepenuer who went by the name, Horace B. Magic, approached him. He promised Charlie $200 and an admission to Codwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry if he starred in a commercial for Mr. Magic's Magical Magic Kit. He agreed to do so, but after he did the commercial, he never got the $200 and admission he was promised. Out of frustration, he became a bully and made fun of people like grandma's boys everywhere. Fun Facts: - His parents named him after their god, or rather, the tunafish version of Bubbles, Charlie, the mascot for StarKist Tuna. - His favorite word is "platitudinous".
